When you’re buying or remodeling a home, the task of finding service providers can be challenging. I have a depth of personal experience in the Atlanta, Georgia real estate market and I know what sells. Call or e-mail me and my team of Atlanta real estate agents, and we will be glad to provide a list of contractors that can help you with your home needs- from architects to plumbers, to landscapers.

Building and Planning Departments
Your local building and planning departments are the best places to find out what is and isn’t allowed to be done to your property. For example, some homes in Fulton and DeKalb counties and their incorporated areas are in historic districts which require following certain guidelines. An appointment with your local city or county planner can put you on the right track and help fill in the details for you.
